Three minutes of couples therapy, every weekday morning.

Figlet is the AI version of Figs O’Sullivan, LMFT. Sixteen years of clinical practice, trained on his corpus, voiced like him. Each episode takes one real relationship question and puts one clinical framework to work on it. Listen on the train.

ai disclosure: Figlet is an AI voice clone of Figs O’Sullivan built on his published clinical work. It is not Figs. How the show is made →

About the show

How Figlet is built, and why it is still honest.

Figlet is an AI companion built on Figs O’Sullivan’s sixteen years of clinical work: his books, his blog, the frameworks he teaches couples every week. The voice is cloned from Figs. The thinking is drawn from Figs. The clinical license is Figs’s (LMFT #79062).

Every episode is reviewed by Figs before it ships. When we get something wrong, we pull it and say so on the next one. Figlet never pretends to be human; it introduces itself as the AI version of Figs at the top of every episode.

Nothing here is a substitute for therapy. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or visit findahelpline.com.
